I’ve spent about 7 years studying law in Iran. during the last 3 years and as an International Commercial Law student, I developed a rather clear picture of international legal atmosphere; but this is still far away from being able to apply what I gained, for following reasons:
firstly, as an student we do not trained for leaving the academic world and starting the actual legal experience.
secondly, among the wide spectrum of legal topics and innovation made by technology, it is hard to recognise which one is the most needed and should be focused on.
thirdly, fresh graduates are not aware of the way they should present themselves or suitable behaviour to look trustworthy.
certainly there are more reasons that I did not came up with right now but I suppose that providing guidance on the above – mentioned topics are beneficial.
