If I could go back a few years, I would focus on improving my knowledge of useful languages in law, particularly in countries where universities offer related courses in English or those languages. This would help me better train and prepare young, fresh law students for their future careers.
These courses should include comprehensive and practical training or internship opportunities for students, which are not available at every university, including mine. As a result, many students struggle to find their ideal career paths and may face dissatisfaction due to various barriers. Challenges include unequal treatment, positions, and pay for men and women.
Group events, mentorship programs, and opportunities for students to build beneficial networks and connect with peers worldwide could significantly enhance their professional lives.
