Farzan Fallahpour

I am an internationally trained lawyer with a strong background in the law practice industry, specializing in International Law, Immigration and Refugee Law, Administrative Law, and Disciplinary Law. I am a practicing lawyer and a member of the Law Society of Ontario (License No. 88987B) and the Law Society of British Columbia (License No. 521000). Additionally, I serve as a Legal Aid counsel in British Columbia, providing representation and legal assistance to clients in need.

I possess strong skills in legal research, analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, team building, oral and written advocacy, litigation, client counselling, and regulatory compliance. My academic background includes two advanced postgraduate degrees: a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran and a Professional LL.M. focused on Canadian Common Law from York University, Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada. I have also earned a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Immigration Consultancy and hold a license to practice Immigration and Refugee Law (R706620). Furthermore, I have a Certificate of Qualification issued by the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA certified), which recognizes my qualifications to practice law in Canada.
