I have fifteen years of experience in teaching, working in, and contributing to Human rights. I am a Ph.D. candidate who has completed an L.L.M. in Human Rights at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Tehran. This was a new L.L.M., and I was one of its first students. My L.L.M. thesis was on protecting children at risk of sexual exploitation using the instruments of international human rights. I have always strive to defend human rights, either by assisting citizens in increasing their awareness or by representing them in the courtroom. I also have experience in the fields of women’s and children’s rights, sexual- and gender-based violence, discrimination, and business and human rights. In addition, I am profoundly dedicated to gender equality, equity, and justice; and also to advancing access to human rights and the rule of law. I have held several public talks and been interviewed multiple times by the print and broadcast press in Iran. After working for many years in Iran, I benefited from an international opportunity to become researcher and advisor in field of Human Rights in Europe .As side work, I am involved with the translation and editing of a medieval Persian manuscript on cultural transfers.
